Are you a JROTC unit in Area 8? Then come down to the Battle of New Orleans Drill Meet. Held on the beautiful campus of Tulane University  annually, The Battle of New Orleans Drill Meet is a excellent opportunity for JROTC cadets to compete against the finest schools from Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, & Florida. This is a sanctioned drill meet event that helps school qualify for the National competition. Events include: Personnel Inspection, Academic Testing, Unarmed Basic Drill, Unarmed Exhibition Drill, Armed Basic Drill, Armed Exhibition Drill, Tandem Drill and Athletic Events.
